Veterans Pension
Did you know?
There are more than 25 million veterans who served our country during wartime, but many of them don't know they may be eligible for a special benefit called the Veterans Pension. If you are the surviving spouse of a veteran, you may be entitled to a benefit called the Survivors Pension.
The Veterans Pension is available to veterans who are aged 65 or older, have served 90 days of continuous active service with at least one day during a declared war period, and were discharged from service under conditions other than dishonorable. They are not required to have seen combat, or to have served overseas.
The Veterans Pension and Spouse Survivors Pensions are needs-based, with additional benefits available if you are unable to leave your home independently or are in need of daily care. We may be able to help you qualify to receive up to $2,120 per month for a veteran and up to $1,149 per month for a surviving spouse.
Schedule a consultation to find out if you qualify.
